Our Family Department provide specialist legal and financial advice on a number of issues following a relationship breakdown, issues involving children and offer services relating to pre and post nuptial agreements. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering this high quality legal advice to individual clients.
About the role
- Deliver high quality legal advice demonstrating the ability to appreciate an individual client's sensitive position and to secure the best outcome in the circumstances
- Keep up-to-date with updates in the law, particularly relevant case law and changes to the law and legal principles following new case decisions
- Run legal matters in an organised and efficient manner ensuring all key court deadlines are met
- Drafting client correspondence in a clear, coherent and constructive manner
